Life Insurance in Orange and Nearby Towns

We meet clients across Orange and the surrounding cities, at your business or over the phone, to compare term life, whole life and other coverage. Each step of the application is explained before you sign, so you know what the insurer will ask for and why.

Where we meet with clients

Our base is Orange, and most of our appointments happen within a short drive: Santa Ana, Tustin, North Tustin and Villa Park to the south and east, Anaheim and Fullerton to the north. Many clients prefer we come to their place of business during a slow hour. That keeps the conversation focused and lets a business partner or spouse sit in. Others would rather talk it through by phone first and meet later to sign.

We also work regularly with clients in Garden Grove, Westminster, Costa Mesa and Irvine. The policies work the same way wherever you are in the county, because life insurance in California is regulated at the state level. What changes from one client to the next is the reason for coverage: a new mortgage, a growing family, a business loan or plans for retirement income.

What applies across the county

  • State rules, not city rules

Life insurance is regulated by the California Department of Insurance, so the same disclosure and application requirements apply in every town we serve. We go through the forms with you line by line, including the replacement notice if a new policy would take the place of one you already hold. Once a policy is delivered, you also have a free-look window to review it and cancel for a refund of premium.

  • Underwriting steps

Most fully underwritten policies involve a health questionnaire, a review of prescription and medical records, and often a short paramedical exam that can be scheduled at your office. Some smaller policies, such as final expense insurance, use simplified underwriting with no exam. We tell you up front which path a policy takes and what the insurer is likely to review.

  • Larger loans, larger gaps

Property values across central Orange County tend to mean sizable mortgages and business loans. When we size term life insurance or mortgage protection insurance, we start from what you actually owe and what your family would need to keep up payments, rather than a round number.

  • Busy schedules

Many of our clients run shops, practices or offices and cannot spare a full afternoon. We keep meetings short, lay quotes out side by side, and keep you updated by phone while the insurer reviews the application.
